Before Skype consult From start to finish my experience at the Spiegel Center was nothing but amazing!! I contacted the center on such a short notice, asking to be booked in July of 2018 even though they were booked into December of 2018. The lovely Carole Warner, the surgery coordinator, stopped at nothing to insure that I was fit in at the time I desired. Skype Consultation The protocol for someone who doesn’t live in the Boston area would be doing a Skype call with Dr.Spiegel. Our first go around at the consult didn’t go well, due to technical difficulties on my end. We rescheduled for a new date, and as the day came, Dr.Spiegel was very sweet and very professional the entire time. He heard my concerns and made sure to address them and make me feel at ease about the choice I was making. He even assured me that I didn’t need much of anything done, but what I was mainly seeking his help for which was Mandible contouring. Pre-op appointment For me, meeting Dr.Spiegel in person was like meeting a celebrity. He made me feel very comfortable, and cracked a few “dad jokes” as I like to call them to break the Ice.He was someone I had admired for a long to because I knew he would yield great results. He and his Fellow, along with the wonderful staff at the Spiegel center made me feel so comfortable and me feel confident in my decision. We went on to discuss all the procedures I would be having the following day, and made sure to let me know what I was in for as far as recovery and possible complications. Day of surgery and onwards After surgery I had a little bit of uncomfortable feeling on my jaw but it was nothing I couldn’t handle. Pain was very minimal if I had any at all. All in all this experience was so life changing for me and I thank Dr.Spiegel from the bottom of my heart.You and Carole made this such an easy experience. Carole Warner truly is the sweetest, like an Angel on earth. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic surgery needs you have, whether minor or extensive.
