Fantastic Rhinoplasty Performed by Dr. Steiger in Boca Raton - Boca Raton, FL

I am a 29 year old female who had been wanting to have this procedure done for a long time. The timing had to be perfect and last summer ended up being the perfect gap in my schedule in order to have a rhinoplasty done. I researched many facial plastic surgeons in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton area and found Dr. Steiger during this process. Living in Europe, I had to be sure that the doctor that I chose could provide me with the same level of service that would be expected if I lived in town. I had that and more from Dr. Steiger and Maite Bengochea (Director of Cosmetic Services.) I had a Skype meeting with Dr. Steiger and I liked how he described the process and what could be done to make my bulbous, droopy nose a better version of itself. His confidence, knowledge, and concern regarding any questions I had were the qualities that determined my decision of choosing him to be my surgeon.
I traveled to Florida and had my pre-op appointment the same week as the surgery, which ended up being perfect for my timing. The day of surgery went very smoothly and I hardly felt anxious or nervous at all - the staff and Dr. Steiger really make you feel comfortable and taken care of. I was given great post care instructions. The first two days of healing were probably the least comfortable, but it really wasn't that bad at all… I had NO bruising and hardly any swelling at all. A week after surgery, the cast was removed and I felt so good that I was out and about from that day forward, so excited about my new nose. I believe that was due to the combination of great pre and post care instruction and skill on the part of the surgeon.
Now, seven months later, I am so incredibly happy with my results. I had a 6 month post-op check up over the holidays and was so excited to see the pre and post pics. He kept my facial proportions in mind and constructed a nose that fits my face perfectly! Amazing how such small changes can make such a big difference to one's face. My nose looks natural and beautiful and for that I am so thankful.
