So it’s about a year after my breast revision. At the age of 21 I had saline implants 380cc where I went from a 34b to a 34D. 14 years later I decided to upgrade and increase my implant size. I now went from a 34D to now I measure 34F maybe lol. Well let’s say no bras really fit. I am super happy with the revision. I feel that they are not much larger even though each implant is 625cc.
My doctor even laughed a bit when I asked are these really 625? But I think it’s like they were big before so I don’t see the dramatic change. Everyone else says different. Either way I love the difference in softness and look compared to the saline. Mind you saline was only allowed at the time unless you were a reconstruction or second breast aug. I had the same doctor perform my second surgery. Dr. Michael Freedland Amazing Doctor highly recommend.

Thank you for your post. I have the same stats as you and was looking to get 625 cc implants or a little larger. I had saline 550 and 575 but changing over to silicone. Great pics!

I’m happy to hear you are changing to silicone you won’t be disappointed. I think 625cc is great hard to find bras and swimsuits to fit. I feel much more natural then before. good luck any questions feel free to ask

sorry it took me so long to respond. yes it was completely worth it. In those 14+ yrs I had zero complications, I have had my new implants which are larger and silicone for over year now and I am in love with them. Do your research and find a good doctor one that is Board Certified. Any questions feel free to contact me.

thanks!! one question , is there really a difference in feeling and look between silicone and saline ?? I ask because I want silicone . I want a more natural feel . but due to financial problems .. my husband said to maybe think about saline because it will be easier to pay .. but what are the differences ? what have to preferred

Save for the silicone implants. I had saline because when I first had my boobs done because that was all I could get. However, I will say that my salines felt and looked good. No one thought my boobs were fake. I think it depends on if you have enough breast tissue to cover the saline implants as to whether, or not you will have issues with rippling, etc... The downfall was that I had an implant deflate in the 10th year so I had to have the other one deflated. I'm going silicone this time around because I don't want to have to deal with deflation, my breast tissues has thinned and I'm getting a lift. I hope this helps.

Did you have Capsular Contracture in the white bikini?

no I actually did not. They were saline and under the muscle. I had wondered that too but when I saw doc he said no. The new ones are post a lot larger and re highly Cohesive silicone ultra high profile 625cc.

I’m so happy to read these comments and read that you are happy with your work! I’ve picked this same Dr to my BA and worried that I should have done more homework or shopped around a little more. My surgery date is in exactly a month.

I’m seeing same dr and have sx scheduled end of January ! I’m going with saline. May I ask did you have issues with saline thus charging them out ? Nervous I’m making bad choice getting saline.

Well I had the saline for 15years approximately and didn’t have really any issues besides they felt less real and you could almost pushed it round like a water ballon. In my opinion if you can afford the silicone I would go that route. Feels natural lasts longer and looks better in my opinion. Both times implants were placed under muscle. If you go with the saline I still think you will be pleased. Any questions you can ask me anything. I have had 8 friends go to Freedland and they are all very pleased. Good luck can’t wait to here how it goes
