Dr James was nothing but friendly on my first consultation. There was no pressure to go ahead with the surgery and i was advised to go away and think about exactly what i wanted following his advice. He gave me realistic expectations of what he could achieve with the implants and i was initially advised to not go any bigger than 320cc sub muscular implants. Despite this I knew I wanted bigger and Dr James stated he only wanted what was best for me, my body and my lifestyle and he agreed he would push to a 360 or at most a 390cc implant on the day dependent on what would fit during surgery.
I booked in for surgery 3 weeks after my consultation and Dr James came to further reassure and talk me through the procedure some more before the surgery.
After looking again at my breasts again he stated he was doubtful he would get the implant under the muscle due to my upper, body being fairly muscular through training and asked if I would be happy to have the 390cc implants over the muscle which I was.
I am now just over a week since surgery and am so so pleased with the result, I never expected they would look this good. The pain has been managed with ibuprofen alone since leaving hospital and I would 1000% recommend Dr James to anybody who was looking into having this kind of surgery.
