20 Years Old with the Mother of All Noses! - Birmingham, GB

Don't even know where to start, I had my first consultation with Dr Hassan on the 20th October 2016. Anyone who's ever known him will say that straight away he puts you at ease, he is so incredibly knowledgeable, well-mannered and empathetic. I immediately knew that I didn't need to see another surgeon and that this was the man for the job!
I booked my surgery for the 21st December, big shout out to Carolyn for being completely amazing and a goddess of organisation! The morning of my surgery Dr Hassan again made me feel completely comfortable and the next thing i knew the whole thing was over! He checked on my again in the evening and had even taken some pictures of my new nose in theatre and said that once he's performed my surgery and closed everything up he wasn't happy and thought more could be done and so opened it back up and did some more shaping, a true testament to the perfectionist he is! The morning after he even came and took the packing out for me instead of one of the nurses because i was absolutely terrified of this bit!9 days later and my cast came off and my god I actually looked like a completely different person I had the cutest new little nose! I have still had people actively not recognise my now which is just amazing! After care has been beyond amazing, Carolyn organised my appointments with me the day after surgery. At my 3 week appointment with Dr Hassan, I was still over the moon with my new nose but he was not (I like to think of it as my old nose, affectionately known as Bruce, trying to make a comeback) and so a few injections later and a big old manipulation later ( I'm told he actually re-broke the bones in my nose). I was back in my cast again but so completely grateful to have picked the surgeon I did as i know so many would have seen that i was happy and let me go on my way to a world of future complications! Another week later and I am back out of the cast and it genuinely looks like i have had a second rhinoplasty, which makes me laugh now at how wide it was the first cast off day and how i was so happy that it wasn't my old nose but was quite clearly something not right without me realising, oops!I physically cannot find fault with the whole process and outcome with my nose and I feel like a different person, I have never been more happy and confident and I will never be able to thank Dr Hassan enough for his work!Last bit of shameless self-promo: I have documented my whole experience on instagram so anyone who wants to see what an amazing job he has done should head over there
