WORTH IT
I want to give hope to woman who suffer with capsular contracture like I have every time for over 20 yrs, had them implanted in the Uk twice, right breast always went rock hard, last time went to Poland for a bargain price but both ended up hard after six months,
In frustration I went on the internet to see if anything could help me, I ended up calling a company abroad who then put me in touch with Mr Sultan Hassan, I was shocked when he picked up the phone washing his car with his son at the weekend, he is so dedicated to his patients and family.
We arranged to meet in London and later I had surgery with the new foam covered implants made for woman with my problem.
I am now 10 months on and they are both doing perfectly, yes I smoke and drink but still wear a support bra in bed as extra reassurance for my self I guess.
I had a lot of twinges and pain after op which made me think of the last few times that I was having a contracture, how wrong was I, all that worry for nothing.
I am so happy that after 20 odd yrs I can get my boobs to come together in a bra to form a cleaverage, Thank you Carolyn for all your patients and help, Thank you from the bottom of my heart Mr Hassan. X

Very pleased for you and thank you for sharing. Are they the new light weight implants that are supposed to be 30% lighter?

I don't know to be honest, because all my other inplants have gone hard quickly I can't judge the weight of them, Mr Hassan would tell you.

Hello, I have just come across your story and I now hold some hope! I have had exactly the same issues you have with capsular contracture! It's so horrible and disappointing isn't it?! I have grade 4 on my right it's literally like a rock under my skin and terribly deformed, and I have grade 3 on left. I am going for the polytech also I hope and prey this works for me too! Are they soft? I have had rocks now for over 2 years they don't move a millimetre! I can't even lie on my front as it feels like I will be crushed. May I ask what size you had?

I had the same as you 3 times, mammogram was he'll.
I'm 1 yr and 5 months now with these and they are perfect, not as soft as normal flesh obviously.
I truelly believe a good surgeon is a must.
I am a 36D, the more you have this problem the more you need to fill the void so hence I have had to go bigger over time.

Thank you for sharing your story and giving other women hope with their breast implant revision surgeries! So glad you found a doctor that could give you the look you were seeking with no capsular contracture. Wondering what the foam covered implants are called...let us know if you recall.
