dr. gary alter’s work is as close as it gets to being born that way
This post is long over due. People always write when there unhappy and very rarely look back when there happy. Were so eager to not look back at negative things and just move forward. It’s been haunting me that haven’t taken the time to write this review for any women who need to read this and Dr. Gary Alter deserves recognition for his ability to perform this complex surgery on this delicate part of the anatomy where all other surgeons will tell you this procedure isn’t possible. I can attest it is very possible ONLY IF Dr. Gary Alter performs the procedure. Not only are my results very natural I lost no feeling or sensation at all. There are no scars and I look like I was born this way.
I suffered way too long. I suffered hormonal imbalances in my mid twenties and my clitoris became enlarged. I was insecure my entire young adult life and it wasn’t until 18 years later I decided I wanted to live my life without insecurity and search for a surgeon that could do an actual reduction. Not a clitoral hood reduction, an actual clitoris reduction. I know many women are comfortable with larger size clitoris and if you enjoy and love it -great. However, no matter how much I told myself it was normal to be above average I could never feel confident.
I spent 3 years researching and consulting and being told it couldn’t be fixed without risk and complication. I came across Dr. Gary Alter responses posted on realself explaining he has had patients who successfully had the procedure and were happy. I decided to consult with him. He was very personable and informative. There he was able to show me images of his previous cases and explained his techniques. In addition, Dr. Alter has his own wedge technique for labia and discussed also repairing missing portion of my labia minora. I decided I have been self conscience too long and of all his prior cases all of them were a success and so I took the leap of faith.
Best decision of my life. He created a perfect clitoris. Not small a perfect size. What amazed me is how Dr. Alter re-created the clitoral hood to fall so nicely and cover the clitoris, where as before, it would poke out.. Also he repaired a section of my labia minora that was missing.
I did come across another Doctor who performs this procedure for cheaper, but have since read some scary reviews. So glad I went with Dr. Alter. You will pay more, but you get what you pay for. It was the best money I have ever spent and worth every penny.
Dr. Alter is absolutely the BEST in the field. If you are looking for a professional surgeon and expert artist for clitoral reduction labiaplasties and other female cosmetic surgeries please don’t’ risk going anywhere else. Don’t try and save a few thousand for a lifetime of scarred ruined life.
