It has only been 4 days since my tt and the first 2 nights I stayed in serenity aftercare. I was booked for one night, but asked to extend one more night. So glad dr helped me arrange that. I have a Toddler and I was so thankful to be able to be taken care of by the lovely nurses at serenity. I also had some face stuff so I needed to rest and not worry for at least 2 days... I haven't even taken my bandages off tumm yet, but I feel surprisingly ok. I can walk around and go up and down stairs and I'm trying to make myself take it easy so I don't mess up any healing. A friend told me she couldn't stand up for 4 days after tt... She said it was worse than her c section. I feel like its Sooo much easier than my c section. Dr Moellekan said "imagine your c section and it will be a nice surprise that it's easier" and he was right :) my face stuff is barely swollen I wish I went to dr Moellekan in the first place when I got my boobs done, I will prob get him to fix them in the near future. He is truly a gifted surgeon and just a kind, gentle human being. I prayed for a surgeon with a kind, healing touch and that is who Dr Moellekan is. As I said, I only wished I had picked him for my first surgery as well. It's scary choosing to go under and get cut, dr M and his staff and the nurses at the aftercare, all made it so much less scary. I am so thankful. He might be a tad more expensive, but I'd rather not bargain shop for something like this.
