Post op Tips. :)
Tip 1 Don't ! Panic ! I'm sure we all keep looking at the mirror all the time and get a little shocked with the person we see in the mirror. Just remind yourself that it's all temporary all the swelling and bruising will go away.
Tip 2 Ice, ice, ice is your best friend. You will be amazed on how fast the swelling will go down. 15 mins each session every hour would be perfect.
Tip 3. Drink lots of water. As much as u can. I drink at least 3 gallons a day
Tip 4. Elevated your pillow when you sleep. This is important so do it. Help the swelling especially on the face go down very quickly
Tip 5. Massage. I started to massage gently on day 4 on my eyebrow , face and forehead this speeds up healing and circulation. It's fell a bit wired but it's good staff
Tip 6 . Supplements are a part of healing so I took the supplements and it did help.

I've been asking myself at lest thousand times . " do I really need to feminized my face ?" Then I'm started do all the reserch , hundreds of reviews and , thousand of photos .
I never think we need all this little touch to look feminine , or even a beautiful one.
Dr. Toby Mayer was my choice and I am so happy with my results I am very impressed with his work and how efficient he was on my first consultation. First things asked me how I felt about my phone voice because he knows how important that is but I am very comfortable with my voice so he moved on and told me that he suggested I need work done on my forehead work which What I think I really need just to lower my hairline and Adam's Apple which was the reason for my consultation. Dr. Toby explained to me that a big benefit of a Hairline lowering procedure is you get great brow bone reducing and brow lift . He also explained that he would like to do a radix graft on my nose bridge since he would have to open my scalp which I was very excited about it ( no extra cost .. How nice is that ? I'm calling Mayer's princess package ) I proceeded to point out other areas I am not quite happy about but he declined and told me I do not need it. Dr. Toby did not try to up sell me which I found to be professional and honest. Dr. Toby only pointed out what screamed out to be too masculine which was my hairline, Adams Apple and perhaps a contouring a little Conner on my chin.
I decided to have Dr. Toby perform the surgery

and I have to say that it was the best decision ever. I did have cold feet right before but the surgery went smoother than I had expected. Today I have a beautiful Profile which I want to call perfect because he make exactly what perfect proportion of the face suppose to be .
I walked out of his office after surgery and had no pain until around 8pm which was expected after pain blocker wears off. The first night was the worst for the pain but not that bad and after that it was smooth sailing. After day 3 I was driving and grocery shopping with ease.
As for my results: I don't know where to start..! His sutures are unbelievable and the scars are hard to see and become invisible with time. His technique is close to a miracle for me. Dr. Toby is a perfectionist and I can tell by my results the passion he has for his clients. He makes sure every detail of his surgery turns out natural and beautiful. As of today no one can tell I have had surgery and one week after post op I was back at work which was amazing!
If you are looking for dramatic results then Dr. Toby is not for you because he will refuse to do the surgery but if you want natural beautiful results then I highly recommend him.
As for his staff I can't say enough, super nice and Sharon his coordinater is a wonderful lady which I refer to as the magic lady. Trust me ! She put of together a lots of package to surprise you . She is kind, gentle and makes sure to answer all your questions. Dr. Toby's nurse Francis is an angel who made sure I was relaxed and completely informed on all my procedures.
You may read thousands of reviews but keep in mind that results speak for themselves. Don't hesitate to go in for a consultation you won't be sorry you did :)

Dr Toby Mayer came into the meeting with an operation gown which I found kind of sexy :) Dr. Toby got right to the point I did not have to point out what I needed done. He even nicer to show the honesty by not try to up sale what he see it's not necessary . He even refused to do it . I was sold right then .!
