I flew thousands of miles and spent nearly a thousand dollars to arrive on time for a consultation with Dr. Haworth. When I called to see what time the consultation was, they informed me that they had cancelled the appointment (I had lost my phone the week prior while performing emergency medical treatment on a close friend). I was only in town for 24 hours, specifically for this appointment, and when I begged for just 15 minutes of the doctor's time they just said, "Sorry, but it's a business; we can't accommodate you." If this is how they treat patients PRIOR to operating I hate to think what they do once you've paid up and they don't have to worry about getting your money anymore. If they cancel appointments due to being unable to contact you, they should ask for more than one way to contact you. Very disappointed; use at your own risk.
