I have had a double eyelid surgery with Dr Lee two months ago and can't be a happier person today. My recovery was easy and quick. I love the look of my eyes and with makeup they look gorgeous. Dr Lee has got amazing skills!
It was hard to pick the plastic surgeon as there were so many of them out there. I must commend Dr Lee for putting a lot of pictures on his website. That helped a lot with seeing his work and experience and was definitely a sign to choose him over other doctors who didn't have enough to show.
I highly recommend him!

Tips for Fast Recovery After Surgery

From my experience, the major thing to deal with after the surgery is bruising and swelling. The thing that seemed to have worked for me (and for apparently many other people) is ARNICA PILLS and ICE PACKS.
Dr. Lee's staff advised me to start taking arnica pills way before the procedure. I started taking them as soon as the procedure date was scheduled which was a month before. The arnica pills are sold in most pharmacies and health food stores. I continued taking arnica for the entire month after the surgery. Bruises would be gone by day 3 or 5 for sure.
Keep on icing all day long 15 min on 15 min off for the first 5 days right after surgery. That really brings the swelling down fast.
My Mom had an eyelid surgery a while back (like 10 years ago) and she didn't take arnica nor did ice packs. Her bruising and swelling lasted for nearly a month!
So please make sure you ice and do arnica by all means.
