My scar from the incision is healing beautifully and people can’t tell that I had breast augmentation. Some would say you would want it to be obvious that you had breast augmentation and show them off. That’s cool if you do but it’s so gratifying for jaws to drop when a) they look at your amazing breasts b) when their jaws drop further when you tell them you had surgery. Natural but sexy. I couldn’t ask for more.
I can’t share how special this year has been for me. The extra confidence has made each day more special and magical. Thank you Dr. Desai for your compassion, professionalism, and patience. I am truly grateful for my experience with you and all the happiness it has given me. And really I am extremely grateful for my banging boobs.????

I had my f/u with Dr. Desai two weeks ago. As usual he was kind, patient and provided me with appropriate time and attention. After my consult I emailed him because I had more questions that I forgot to ask. He was so nice and encouraged me to always contact him regarding questions about my breasts. I could not ask for a better guide and partner in this journey.
I can’t express how my life has changed. Dr. Desai made it so my breast aren’t noticeable due to my professional life. But if and when I want to show them off I get compliments.

Dr. Desai is outstanding in so many ways. He has been supportive, kind and patient since the moment I contacted him on realself for breast augmentation [BA]. I went to several plastic surgeons who before I met with Dr. Desai. Although the other surgeons are talented they did not have the sincere concern for my health and well-being like Dr. Desai did. I have a history of breast cancer in my family and he made sure I went through all the appropriate diagnostic tests to ensure my safety. Unfortunately the other surgeons were not as concerned and would ask "so when do you want to do this?" on the day of the consult. About Dr. Desai: Dr. Desai is extremely professional, caring, and patient. He approached this whole process with an eye of an artist and mind of a scientist. He took his time with me and allowed me to share my concerns and fears regarding BA in a safe, non-pressured, and comfortable environment. He made sure all my questions were answered throughout the process and all his replies were quick [perfect if you are anxious]. He even offered to review sizing for a third time a week before the BA. Dr. Desai offered sizers and 3D/4D imaging and took the time to educate me on the pros and cons of each size. He's half plastic surgeon and best friend whose opinion you respect. Staff: I had Dr. Adrian as my anesthesiologist and Nurse Sarah on the day of my surgery. They were great! Both of them were really supportive and kind. Dr. Desai's office staff: Sandra and Hannah were also sources of comfort as well! Thanks ladies for the TLC! This whole experience has been positive and great. I felt that Dr. Desai was more of partner in this journey vs the all knowing plastic surgeon. I'm glad I chose him and my results are fantastic (it's only been a week but I like what I see) ! I also recommend that you follow Dr. Desai or any other surgeon on their snapchat or instagram since it might help alleviate some anxiety to see them in action.
