Same as moderate plus but Allergan calls it Midrange

My first augmentation was by another surgeon and I went thru the armpit. When I would lay down the implants would slide up into my armpit! Horrible and uncomfortable. I went to Dr Mani because he was highly reccomended. Most dr's said that my pocket couldn't be repaired and if it was then it would eventually open up again. Dr mani was the only one who believed he could fix it. The surgery went well and my breast turned out beautifully. The pockets never reopened and they were always soft and perfect even after extended breastfeeding 2 kids. I had my breast for 12 years and went back to Dr Mani to go bigger. I am 1 month post op and so thrilled!

Glad you have a doctor that you like for all your procedures. That is wonderful that your pockey was revised and corrected! Did you get saline or silicone? You look great! Congratulations!
I have Silicone. I had saline the very first time. Saline is heavier, more firm, and ripples more. The only downside to silicone is they don't have larger sizes than the 750-800cc range

Thank you for sharing the last pic is amazing. I need to get a revision of the pocket as my tear drop under the skin gummy bears dropped and one flipped over, I'm scarily looking for a new surgeon here in Los Angeles area. And will definitely look at Dr mani' s work right now
I've used him for every surgery since he corrected my pockets that were done poorly by another surgeon. In my reviews u can see all the work he has done on me. He doesn't have a lot of reviews on real self. Beverly Hills clients are private lol
I just checked out ur profile. Wow u are gorgeous! Yes u need a boobie makeover to match the rest of u. I think a wider round implant would look ideal on u. A moderate plus profile. Good luck!! My dr is a breast genius. My implants before fell into my armpits because of another surgeon n every dr I saw after said they couldn't fix it. Dr Mani is the best and they lasted 12 years n 2 breastfed kids n I just wanted to go bigger. My boobs are my wish boobs n they were a mess before he fixed them(not pictured). I hope u feel that way about urs soon too!
Thank you so much for your response, it is really helpful, the only down side is his price for the consultation, I have other consultations coming up, and we will see how I feel about it but I definitely keep it in mind as your body looks amazing,

Oh I think that's new. I've never been charged a consult fee with him... I guess cuz I've been going to him already. Yea that kind of sucks when u plan to consult with a few.... That can add up. I understand why they do that and it does go toward the procedure if u choose to do it at least. I don't have a lot of money so I have to finance it so I get where u are coming from. I used prosper and care credit in case u are looking into that as well.

I think ur misinterpreting the word pain.. It's not something miserable and excruciating.... It's a soreness. When someone says the pain is bad.... They mean soreness. If u take the meds before u begin to get "sore" u won't be uncomfortable. The only time it hurts is when u have been lying or sitting still for a while. If u walk around the house often for bathroom breaks it will keep the pain down. It's not unbearable. Don't be scared. Your excited not scared. Don't let ur mind trick you into any other mindset. Keep me updated! I have anxiety issues and have gone they many procedures and I always laugh at myself afterward that it was no big deal n I made a fuss over nothing. It's cosmetic.... Ur not sick, it's not cancer, it's something positive. Be happy n greatful that ur in good he'd and have this opportunity.
