Wow. Congrats. It looks amazing!! I want to get ovals. I am not able to squat or lunge or 40 lbs to without kinking my knees. What are your restrictions with the implant? If u workout with free weights. 25 to 30 lbs dumbells for lunges or squats or a 40 lbs bar is that too much for the implants? What is considered too active? Everyone has a different definition of what "very active and fit" means. Thanks for your updates

I'm still happy

It's looking good, I'm about 9 months post op. The oval shape isn't good if you like to work out, it can rotate, but it looks more natural. I don't have the perkiest butt in the world, but I'm happy because it's much better than what I had previously and I didn't want it to look fake. Now I'm able to focus on things in life besides my looks and I'm confident.

What size implants did you get?
Not sure exactly, he matched it up to my body, but I said I want the smallest ovals.
Really the smallest ovals? So like a size 300cm?? Maybe 275cm? You can still ask Dr. Stanton to look at your chart to check to exact size. I'm at 300cm with fat transfer. However they could've transferred more lol
But any recommendations on how to clean the incisions?
Dr Stanton gives pts an instruction page, I think it depends how many days out you are. My mom was with me and would help. I don't even remember much in detail about the recovery, maybe because I was on pain meds.
