Pain is lessening, however strength takes time to get back!!! I had my 1 mo F/U appt. & all is healing well! Dr said I still have some swelling & they will go down some more - up to 3 mo's !! I'm completely ok with that ~ I''d love a natural Size B.. However I'm a full C for now, once I can start jogging again I'm sure they'll go down!! She wants me wearing an underwire bra now - to help shape underside of breast - little pouches where drains were for 12 days!! :\. She wants me to exercise lightly & stretch to help release muscle tightness.. It's worst at sides of beasts Unser armpit where internal muscle was pinned! I have zero regrets aside for the fact that I should've done this sooner!! I'm happier, I'm free, I'm natural & im fitting into a size Medium top & medium dresses :)))). No more size XL THAAANK GOD!!! Mentally I'm sooooo much happier ~ No more binding boobs down w/ a sport bra 3 sizes too small to hold Em in, no more hiding behind big & baggy blouses, no more back & neck pain!! Thank You immensely Dr Cassileth... With what I gave you to work with ~ you worked miracles!! Your love for what you do, your understanding & compassion is remarkable.. I will forever be Grateful!
