4 1/2 months post op

4 1/2 months post op I measure at VS as a 32D but I look and feel like full B/small C. I'm sure if I measured somewhere else I would measure smaller than VS. I am not happy with my size or profile and wish I would have gone with at least 500cc's high profile. After being a minus A, 397cc's mod plus didn't do much for me as far as filling clothes and bathing suits out like I imagined. I often get depressed after thinking of how long I waited to get a boob job and after waiting all this time and spending so much money. If I had another $7k to do them over tomorrow I would.

I've always wanted to have boobies. I've always...

I've always wanted to have boobies. I've always been and A cup, but after my 2nd child I feel I was left a AA cup. All the padded bras couldn't help me. I was never comfortable with my small chest, even in front of my husband.
On April 14th I had my first consultation with Dr John Diaz. I told him I wanted to be a full C cup Silicone implants under the muscle. He told me 421cc's would give me a full C/small D cup. When I heard D cup It scared me for some reason. I didn't want to be too small, but I also didn't want to be too big. Going from an A/AA cup a D cup sounded too big. My biggest mistake was talking to people after my consultation and on my 2nd appt I ended up wanting to go smaller than 421. My husband really wanted me to go with the 421 cc's and I decided he was right.
On June 11th, the morning of my surgery I changed into my gown and waited till Dr. Diaz arrived. In the meantime the nurses came in and took pictures, etc. I guess the waiting and anxiety and talking to the nurses about what size they got scared me again. There were 3 different implants in there with me and I kept staring at them. 339cc's, 397cc's, & 421cc's. When Dr Diaz finally arrived he asked me what I had decided & I told him I still wanted to be a full C but think the 421's might be too big for me, so let's do the 397. He said that it was a good choice and they were gonna look great. Before I knew it I was being woken up.. I asked if it was over and the nurse said it was all done. Dr Diaz came over and said they did 397 in my right and 339 in my left. I completely forgot in my 1st consultation that my left boob was bigger and had to get less cc's. Well when I looked down at left breast, lifted up the ugly bra they put on me I thought to myself "where's my boobs!?" It honestly didn't look like I even got a boob job! I was so depressed and sad. As soon as the nurse got me dressed and wheeled me out to my husband and put me in the car the first thing he said to me was "you didn't do the 421's, did you?" The fact the he can already tell made me feel like I made a huge mistake. When I got home after sleeping for a bit I opened the bra and saw that they were being confined by this bra, but they still weren't as big as I thought they would be. I'm hoping as time passes and they "drop and fluff" they will be a good size for my height and weight :/ What I have taken away from this experience is to always go with your first choice. I know it's a decision you want to do a lot of research on, but doing too much thinking and talking to other people is not a good idea. Trust your surgeon!

I absolutely loved Dr Diaz & his staff! They are all so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. The anesthesiologist had a great bed side manner, which to me is very important. I would highly recommend Dr Diaz.
