OVER 2 YEARS LATER ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY ZERO REGRETS!

Hey! It’s been a long while since I reviewed on this site so I decided to give a final update! I’m absolutely in love with my rhinoplasty results 2 years later! Dr. Ghavami did an excellent job! After surgery I have also done Juvederm filler in my lips, as well as Voluma filler in my cheeks. Overall I love the natural results! My confidence has definitely blossomed and I’m very happy for that. I actually shaved my real hair and now wear both wigs and my natural hair shaved...something I absolutely wouldn’t have ever had the nerve to do pre-surgery! I can honestly say I love the way I look now and my self game is strong haha. I realize more now than ever though, that while looks are important, the way you feel on the inside is the most important! Since my surgery I’ve changed to a plant based diet, given up alcohol completely and even started taking classes to be a certified personal trainer! Health and Wellness are now truly my passions. I would recommend Dr. Ghavami to anyone, especially people of color. It’s important to find a doctor that is very comfortable working with our skin, he’s the man! That said, he’s expensive! I paid 16k for my rhinoplasty with him but I truly believe it was worth it and I have no regrets. Thanks everyone that followed my journey and were so encouraging to me during this process. 1 year update!!!

What a journey it has been! It's been over a year now since my original surgery date. I am very satisfied with the results and it feels good to reflect back on this journey and be totally content. I want to thank all of guys for your love and support and I hope you enjoy the video! Love you all!

Today is 4 days after the implant is out I am sooooo damn happy! Best decision EVA! I wanted to update some more pictures and show you guys where I'm at today. Swelling has gone down significantly and I'm loving my look. I was going selfie crazy today haha! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! Stay fabulous!

Dr. Ghavami is a very talented Beverly Hills doctor. He is very confident in his work and I believe he is one of the best in the field. I love my nose and believe it is an amazing natural result. I was recommended at chin implant by Dr. Ghavami two days prior to surgery and it was not a good result. I had to have the implant removed and I never needed it in the first place. I don't recommend adding on last minute surgeries that have never been discussed and wish it wasn't pushed onto me. But overall like I said I'm satisfied and would highly recommend this doctor for rhinoplasty surgery. Have realistic expectations and I believe he will supersede them.
