Simply put, the whole staff were incredible from initial consultant to my final post-surgery follow up. Dr. Richards is an artist at his craft and is one of the nicest people to boot. He thoroughly explained the lower blepharoplasty procedure and what to expect from the healing process and end result. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I'm three months post procedure and the scars are nearly invisible. Oh and now, when I first wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, I don't look like I haven't slept in a week. Joanne, the lead patient coordinator, was a pure delight; knowledgeable, responsive, down-to-earth, and she skillfully talked me off a ledge or two helping me deal with pre-surgery anxiety. Every staff member was a complete pleasure to work with; be it on the phone or as in-person. The offices are clean and comfortable, and the follow up care is top-notch. There's not a thing I can muster to say negative about the whole experience. In fifty years, I have never written a review of any organization or business with whom I have dealt, until now. That's how much I think of this amazing group! I would give them ten stars out of five. If I ever consider another procedure, I will be having it done at CSA.
