I am in my 60's and noticed that my jaw line and neck were sagging. I had thought about having something done for several years and finally went for a consult with Dr. Richards who immediately put me at ease and was very honest as to what he thought the surgery would do to improve my aging face. He took pictures and showed me how an s-lift would improve my profile and jowls. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Richards that I did not even consult with anyone else. I just asked for some references, did some internet research and went ahead and scheduled the surgery. Dr. Richards was spot on as to the expected results and recovery period. I am very happy that I went through with the surgery as I look 10 years younger and no longer have that aging, sagging look. The result was very natural looking, not the done tight look. Friends noticed a difference but couldn't put their finger on what had changed. Most often, people thought I cut my hair or changed my make up. Dr. Richards and his staff couldn't have been nicer. They are true professionals.
