Sixteen years ago after having my first child I had 240cc saline Meghan over the muscle implants placed. I have been very happy with the results all these years. I have had and breastfed 3 kids since. Would like to fill up extra tissue and change to sientra cohesive gell. Wanted unders for obvious reasons but Dr suggests going over again. After much research and turmoil I have decided to trust his expert opinion. Surgery in two days! So nervous!

Dr Gottlieb ended putting them under the muscle whole in surgery yesterday. Said they just didn't look good over. Definitely more painful. Bit I'm sure worth it! Should get better every day. My husband is being a very good caretaker. :-) feeling pretty blessed right now.

So happy for you! Sometimes you just have to trust the artistic eye of your doctor during the procedure. I think you will be much happier with them under. Glad your hubby is taking good care of you. Mine did too and it makes a huge difference! Let him do the heavy lifting....and not just literally. :)

Feeling pretty bad. Worse than the chest pain is this unrelenting headache. O mean I'm on oxymoron and diazapam. My head should not hurt right? It is so bad. Took some photos before my shower earlier.
