I was diagnosed with a 'squamous cell carcinoma'...
I was diagnosed with a 'squamous cell carcinoma' on upper section of my nose and was referred to Dr. Naveen Somia to have an 'island flap procedure' to remove the lesion and repair the area. After the lesion was removed with a margin, my nose was then cut down the side and a flap brought up to repair the site where the carcinoma was. Dr. Somia was very kind and helpful and put me at ease as I was quite nervous before the procedure. He is an extremely professional and caring Doctor and my results are amazing as hardly anything can be seen and the scars are very minimal. He did a great job and I am very happy with the results. A.
