Dr. Hsu is a wonderful and very talented doctor. I experienced her to be kind, patient, calm, and professional. I had several consults with other plastic surgeons regarding what procedure would help my drooping eyes, and I got varying recommendations which caused me a great deal of confusion and anxiety as I did not want to make the wrong decision and look weird. Dr. Hsu met with me for an hour, and suggested an endoscopic brow lift to address the droop that had gotten increasingly worse since turning 40. I had such a positive impression and good feeling after our consult, that I booked the surgery immediately! I was so nervous having never done anything aside from Botox and injectables to my face/body that I had no idea what to expect, but I am SO glad I did it and the results are beautiful, natural, and subtle—exactly what I wanted.

I did have a lot of swelling and bruising (raccoon eyes!) but I think I am experienced significantly more swelling and bruising than the average person for some reason. However it was only for 2 days and then everything started going down and healing. Had a terrible headache day 1 (post-op), but that was to be expected and managed with pain medication. I only took pain meds for 2 days then maybe Tylenol on day 3, then didn't need anything at all. I am now 11 days post-op and almost completely healed with just a tiny bit of bruising under my eyes. The incisions are healed and fading away already and I feel completely normal. COMPLETELY WORTH IT!!!
