First BA 8 years ago and got exactly what I asked for. Before the the BA, I was lucky to get into 34A bra and have it fit. I have two children and I breast feed for almost 3 mos with the first and 6 weeks with my second. I know...I tried...I really did! However, I was pretty young so they bounced right back to almost nothing. Fast forward 16years to 2006 and it was time to have a more shapely bust line. I chose a remarkable Surgeon in Orange County, CA. After the BA, I was a solid 34 C with 290cc Saline...can't rembember if they were Under or Over the muscule. One has always (from the time they tried to sprout) been slightly larger than the other. Now that I am a little older, i'd love to have the breast I always wanted but at the time was not confident enough to ask for.

So I am searching out a new Doctor on a new coast (was always a west coast girl now living in the east). My desire for a revision is for no other reason than I want to improve what I already have. I will be seeing Dr. Schreiber in Baltilmore. I thought he was super attentive and asked good questions. My husband came with me and he was focused on getting to know us. He is funny and personable which sets you at ease. I liked how he used his computer to demonstrate from the pics he took in my exam, what my likely out come would be. His office staff wasn't high pressure which was great. Thanks to all the ladies on Realself that have shared their expereinces and outcomes it been really helpful.

Hi there! I'm 6 feet tall and 150 pounds and I just recently had an augmentation done. I went with Dr. Cohen in Baltimore and I got 400 mL high-profile silicone implants. I am in love and they are proportionate to my body shape than type. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hey Fitnhappy! thanks so much for reaching out. Part of me thinks I want to go wildly big...haha. But will likely wind up in the 500 to 600 range. Do you feel your High Profile sit high? Im really looking for side boob and cleavage but as I am in sales to IT guys i want to be able to minimize them if needed. Thoughts?

I don't feel that the high-profile sits high I feel that my look very natural on me! I went with 400s but looking back I would probably be happy with the 500s as well! I think because we are tall we can carry the bigger implant size well! I have side boob but I wanted to achieve natural look so I don't have as much as other people do.

Now that my boobs have settled in im 34D. I think with the 500s I would still be in the D range but just a little bit more pronounced. If I had to do it all over again I probably would've gone are hair bit bigger probably 475 or 500

Today was the day!

I was so glad to be on a work trip for more than 2 weeks to keep my mine off this day. Arrived 6AM at NorthWest Hospital around Baltimore. All the nurses and staff was beyond professional. We went through the intake process for the hospital. My lovely fashion forward hospital gown, white compression stockings and yellow socks rounded the ensemble. Then Dr. Schreiber came into to chat and mark lines on my chest and generally shower his happy demeanor on us (hubby was in the room too). After kissing Hubby goodbye...I walked into the OR at 7:30AM and was greeted by Dr. Schreiber and his caring staff. I could hear classical music playing and everyone was up and happy which put me at easy.

And then POOF...I was in recovery! It took me a little bit to come out of the groggy space I was in and at the same time I was nauseous and my girls felt like they were on fire and in a vice. A smidge more pain meds and sleepy time continued. I wore a zip front loose sweater which was fine in our 80 degree and 70% Humidity because I was cold, pull on yoga pants and a pair of slip on flats. I brought a few crackers with me for the ride home and Ginger Ale. All the doctors came by took make sure I was fine. But I ran into Dr. Schreiber on the way out to the pick up area. I asked him how he felt it went "Perfect, they look great" and then I asked him what the implant size was. "700" WOW! So I have 700 CC Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Gel implants. To be honest I was trying to go larger. I am 6'00' tall and 150 lbs, so I know they will sit very nicely on my frame.

I was home by 1PM and had a little chicken noodle soup and wheat crackers more ginger ale. Then slept for 2 hours. I am a coffee drinker so I think if I could shake this headache I would be golden. Four Advil on board and I feel pretty good. Breast just feel like they have a bit of pressure.

I guess with a revision there is less pain involved or you are just prepared for it. May be because with the first surgery they pocket is already formed. My Doc said this would be less painful and he is right! I had one pain pill last night to help me sleep other wise I've been on Advil. The most uncomfortable part has been the band on the surgical bra they sent me home in. I changed out that bra for a front zip sports bra that was too big for me last week; it fits great now. I know there is swelling and they are sitting high right now but I can visualize how they are going to drop and rest; I am super glad I went bigger than I thought I wanted.
