A friend of mines motivated me after her tummy tuck was done, I called and scheduled an appointment back in dec for March and was fitted right in, stayed at the recovery house for 9 days under the care of Gracie and another lady who was well equipped and so very helpful, anyways after my procedure was done I was very satisfied with it, I could not have gone to a better place, I would refer anyone who's thinking about any type of plastic surgery to definitely go see Dr. Salama and staff. Nomie and Cynthia were very helpful and encouraging, they all look great themselves. However after having my tummy tuck with Lopo suction done I feel so light even though I am tender I am so... Glad that I decided to fly to Florida and have dr Salama do procedure, honestly if it wasn't for my friend getting there's done I would have neve gotten mines done, because I was to afraid of someone making a mistake. But overall Dr.Salama is the best, his office every time I went was filled with new patients who had nothing but good things to say about him. Now IAm at home caring for me along with my husband yes it is a process but anything worth having is worth waiting and going through. To Dr. Salama thank you very much for making me happy again, and to your wonderful staff Cynthia and Nomie a big thank you for the wonderful phone conversations of encouragement.

In regards to the tummy tuck, I did not know what to expect, I was there alone without my family, but not alone, and scared. Nevertheless after my consultation before the surgery with Dr. Salama I was confident, but still some what nervous, but completed the surgery anyways. But I would like to inform anyone that's thinking about getting a tummy tuck, to make sure you have all your facts covered, as far as knowing you will be off work for a month, in which I wasn't aware of, util Dr. Salama informed me, even though i should have expected that, I just did not know, it went way over my head, anyways after my Tummy Tuck I could not stand straight up, the drains I had were so irritated, but nevertheless I made it through and so can you, sleeping on my back was uncomfortable after while, but I'm making it, the contractions that I have (muscle spasm) were a pain in the butt, but here again, I'm making it, now Dr. Salama does provide medical prescriptions for pain, but by the time I left the recovery house two weeks later I was all out, and still having those uncomfortable muscle spasms, not to mention I just removed the tape around the incisions in which I don't know about anyone else, that was crazy, I could never work in any medical place ever, it was easy, I put some oil over before removing them, and it just made my skin crawl for me, you may feel different. Now I'm waiting for my cream to be sent to me from Dr.Salam's office for the scar, in the mean time I order the gel silicones to place around my waist until then. Overall Everyday I am feeling and getting a lot better, I know the healing process is going to go on even after, IAm back doing things as normal again, it's takes time. But I'm glad I've experienced having a tummy tuck, glad I did, after have the procedure, removal of drains taken out, I have to wear this body suit which I HATE, because my tummy is tender,but it helps with standing , sitting, etc. Again as I stated I like my tuck. Hello thank you for sharing your journey. I am also considering flying out to have my surgery done by Dr Salama. How long was your plane ride? I know you said you stood 2 wks at a recovery house, but more than likely I will have to fly home a day or so later. Would you upload your pics? Ive got 3 kids and love seeing his after results. One more question. Alot of women get their breast done at same time because him pulling down your stomach for the tuck also brings your breasts lower. Did you notice any of that? Thanks
Hi, my plan ride was 2 and Half hours, I dont think that's a great ideal for you to go back right away, on my way back nine days later I experienced some swelling in my ankles during the plane ride, and to be honest that's a requirement for you to be there 9 days whether you stay at the recovery house or at a hotel, so you would want to get clearance on that from Doctor Salama. As far as my breast I did not see any difference once my tummy/Lipo was completed. I am going to upload my pictures in another week once IAm standing straight up, I love it. That's great your getting both done at the same time, I was suppose to do the same, but I changed plans at the last minute.
