Capsulectomy/revision Surgery Bennelli Breast Lift with 590 cc's Silicone with Belladerm

Original BA was six years ago. I developed Capsular Contracture in both breasts shortly after my surgery. Over the years, they continued to get worse. I had my revision surgery done on 9/19/17. I had to have a Double Capsulectomy, Bennelli Breast Lift with 590cc's Silicone Implants (original BA I had 650 cc's). I also used Belladerm Bilateral. I'm 4 days post opp. I feel like they look a lot smaller and I'm hoping they will fluff up. I'm not sure if they do with a revision like mine. I have drains in both sides that will come out this Monday or Tuesday. I will be happy to not have the baseball hard breasts I had, but I'm concerned with how flat the top appear to be and also it looks like rippling on the inside of each breast. I never had rippling before. Hoping this is just part of the healing process. Trying to give it time, but greatful to have the hard painful capsules gone :)

Dr. H and his staff are all amazing. I mainly dealt with Jennifer as I am "an out of town" patient and she was wonderful! I put off getting a consult for so long, because I was worried that my breasts couldn't be repaired. Dr. Hochstein completely went over what the best option would be and put me at ease that my breasts could be repaired. I trust him 100%. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Feeling better. The drains were taken out at 7 days. I was put on a second antibiotic, due to a rash, that hopefully is from tape, but my doctor wanted to be curious in case it was an infection. Rash is 99% gone and I feel good.
