I am 5'3 and currently 142 pounds. I always had a booty even when I was only 115 pounds lol. But after pregnancy of my twins and lack of exercise my butt is just saggy :( I never thought I would even consider doing a BBL because everyone always told me they loved my booty until it disappeared into my belly jaja. So as of about a month ago I have been stalking all of you BBL ladies :) After reading your reviews and seeing your pics Dr. Salama is my first pick. I just recently sent him my before pics and I am waiting for a response.
I hate that he is located so far but for the price $7799 and results I have seen it is a no brainer. Hopefully my mom can stay with the babies. Hubby is on board to support me except he does not know I am doing a BBl he thinks it is only lipo..lol I will ween him into it later, just have to do some sweet talking. I will try my best to update as my journey continues....

"Patient is an overall good candidate for the BBL surgery. She has good fat deposits in the areas that I would liposuction which are abdomen, flanks, and back. I’ll aggressively work these areas to create more contour and shape especially the flanks. I’ll use all fat available to create a more projectioned fuller buttock region. The waist size will certainly be reduced due to the aggressive liposuction, so that will be a tremendous change in body structure. The bra line area will get addressed via the liposuction. We can always address other areas of fat with liposuction as that is a very common request. Other than that, I foresee giving her great results. “
Now my last dilemma before booking the surgery is waiting until my appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon next friday. I have had scoliosis (curvature of the spine) since I was 14 but the pregnancy seemed to increase my curve and so I am waiting to see if I will need spinal surgery to correct it.:( and obviously this will affect my decision for the BBL immensely.. Lets see what happens!
