WORTH IT$7,000
Two years ago I got 350cc saline implants put in which brought me from a AA to a small C. They looked great, very natural, a little too bottom heavy with nothing on the upper pole. The thing I hated most is how they felt. I had rippling since I had no natural breast tissue and it felt like a water balloon.
6/8/17 I got an implant exchange from saline to silicone 560cc each. They feel SO much better, more so than I expected. The implants sat high for the first three days and rapidly fell in place since I already had a mostly open pocket from before. 560cc was the perfect choice for me. I almost went with 475cc but the surgeon said that I would never look like my "wish pics" if I didnt go higher. He folded the muscle over and stitched the bottom of the breast from the inside to support the heavier implant. It is still too soon to see what the final result will be like but I am so happy already. I actually have cleavage now and they are nowhere near as big as I imagined. If I wear a sports bra I can pull them off as a high B or C. With a bra I am a DD. I will post pictures as I recover! A big plus is they even look natural if I stand with my hands by my side, I am sure they will only get better as swelling decreases.
