Luhv Dr. Aquadro! 33 year old, finished having my children and needed my saline implants replaced after nursing. The procedure went very smoothly. Little to no tenderness and pain post op. I was able to explain exactly what I wanted (my earlier set were spaced too far apart and were wider than I liked). I also explained informally that I wanted a big nice shelf that was noticeable when I wanted and toned down when I didn't. Dr. Aquadro helped me pick out what I wanted from numerous sizes, shapes, and brands. I chose the sientra for the cohesive material and high profile option. Very pleased!

Congratulations! Glad you're happy with your revision! It would be amazing to see the difference in your before and after pictures if you're comfortable sharing them. Many women complain about the wide gap between their breasts with their implants. I'm glad you're feeling like you have more cleavage!

Did you have a life or just a replacement? Also, did he need to perform any capsule repairs or capsule lift? I ask because I am 35, have two children and will need my implants replaced as well. I live in Auburn and I am looking at Dr. Aquadro. Thanks!

I did not have a lift, just replacement with pocket sculpture. My breasts were too far apart so he had to open the pocket towards the middle, he showed me the difference a high profile option would make, and I let him do his work. Still, 2 years later, I am very satisfied.
