WORTH IT
From the very first moment when I walked into Dr. DiFrancesco's office I felt comfortable and welcomed. I had appointments scheduled with 4 plastic surgeons. After meeting Dr. D first, I had no need to go meet any other surgeons, so I cancelled the rest of the appointments. Philippe, he is the receptionist, is professional and very nice. Megan, the office manager, is simply amazing! She is very informative and caring; answering my emails after 10pm, just to make sure I felt comfortable and got all the answers I needed. I have never had to wait for my appointment for more than 5min; prior to and after the surgery, which is important. The level of service stayed consistent before and after the surgery, which is extremely important.
I had a few procedures done on the same day: breast implants, upper eyelid lift, lipo on a few areas, etc. I had no complications after the surgery and I am very happy with the results. I have been referring friends to Dr. D and will go back if I decide to do more procedures.
I have to also mention the surgical facility and staff, Piedmont Surgical Center, which is located in the same building as Dr. D's office. every single person I came in contact with was absolutely amazing, caring, nice, informative. Great extension of Dr. D's team.
I can not be happier with the entire process and recommend to look no further, Dr. D is the best! Thank you Dr. D and Megan and Phillippe!
