26 Juvederm Lip Aug. Atlanta, GA

I have had 2 Juvederm lip injections previously with a different Doctor. Yesterday I had a Juvederm lip augmentation with Dr. Nelson Castillo! I had found him through real self and when I emailed what I was interested in his office called right away, when I talked to him on the phone he spent at least 20 minutes answering all of my questions with such patience. Once he answered my questions the best he could without seeing me in Person, I scheduled a consultation (knowing I was going to get the procedure done the same day). My boyfriend ended up coming with me. The first person we met was Lynne! Lynne was so kind and sweet, offered water and anything needed to be comfortable. She was just so outgoing, personable and welcoming. She invited my bf to go in the back for the procedure with me, with my consent of course. Once we were settled I met Dr. Nelson Castillo, he was instantly so kind and also welcoming as soon as he stepped into the room. Since it was my first appointment with him, he went over everything with me. I showed him pictures of what I liked and he gave me ideas of what he would do for my lips to fit my face while achieving the results I wanted. I am so happy with my results! They were a little swollen last night but no bruising so far and minimal pain. I really appreciated how thorough he was, attention to detail, and ability for making it a pleasurable experience ( for both my boyfriend and I). My boyfriend really likes the look as well and we keep raving about how we had such a great experience. My lips have the perfect shape for me and the volume is perfect!! I will be doing further future procedures with Dr. Nelson- both him and Lynne were so pleasant! rhinoplasty, Juvederm, Botox, chemical peels, etc. Also he checked in today to make sure I was doing okay and happy with my results.

I went back to Dr. Nelson too add more volume to my lips in late April/ early May, these photos were taken at approximately 3 months. My lips still look great and its been over 6 months. I am considering going back in before my birthday in October to get more volume/ maintain my size! Dr. Nelson is the best in Atlanta. He will give you what you want and ensure the procedure is done correctly. I went from having a "so-so" experience where the doctor rushed and made my lips uneven, to a doctor who cares about his patients and only accepts perfection. Dr. Nelson understands that his work reflects on him, and most of all, wants his patients to look and feel their best.
