Terrible after care

I had a mini arm lift with Dr. Davoudi in November 2022. Prior to this, I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation in 2017, also with Dr. Davoudi. I have also referred several friends who have went on to have surgery...also with Dr. Davoudi!! After my arm lift surgery I was scheduled for a follow up appointment several weeks later. Unfortunately, I was called by his office staff to reschedule at least twice due to him being out of the office and in surgery. This was a huge inconvenience to me as I work full time and had already coordinated the time-off so I told them on the second reschedule attempt that rescheduling again would not work for me. Fast forward to August of this year, I called and inquired about scheduling a follow up appointment for him to look at a dog ear which has now formed on my right arm. I was informed it would be $100 fee to schedule an appointment since it's been over six months since my surgery. I asked about the follow up appointment that I never received as I was rescheduled twice due to the Doctor being out. The young lady basically said it didn't matter because its been longer than six months and something about a paper I signed. I'm livid because there has been absolutely no care and concern shown here, it's clearly all about a dollar. The aftercare from this office was completely non-existent. If you look at the social media account for Dr. Davoudi, there's a promotion for a free consultation. So you mean to tell me I can book a consultation for a surgery for free, but you want to charge me a fee for an appointment for the doctor to look at a dog ear which formed after a surgery HE performed a little over 6 months ago. Make it make sense! I was baffled at how nonchalant and uncaring the young lady that I spoke with was. Based on this past experience with his office staff and the nonexistent aftercare, I will NEVER book another surgery or refer anyone to Dr. Davoudi again.
