Consultation review: Awful!!!

I never even got a chance to have my surgery with Dr Sinha. We had a video call, and he booked me in for a face to face appointment and also my op. (I needed a quick turnaround). He explained the procedure and gave me an indication of price etc and what was included in the package and confirms he will send over my quote within the next few days. 2 days later. Nothing. I chased his secretary as I understand he was busy and was advised he would send it over that night. Next morning. Still nothing. I chase the secretary again as I was concerned my email address had been taken down incorrectly. Dr Sinha contacted me that day to say my op date was confirmed and he had been busy but will send over the quote the following day. Next day, I receive a quote. In the policy there was contradicting points ( first saying pre op tests and garments were extra ) and then another point saying it was included. He also spoke of a 1 year warranty, in which this was explained to me in a way that any revision (agreeable between me and him) would be free and covered in the warranty. In the policy it said that further operations would cost an additional £1,500. I put forward my questions to his secretary to clarify a few points before paying the deposit. Next day. Nothing back. I then chase for the answers and get no response. Now we're on today. I chase again, cautious of time (op is 3 weeks away) and I get a response from the secretary to say they emailed me. I check my junk and there is an email " retraction of quote " My surgery had been cancelled, with no explanation. I then contact Sinha directly to find out why and no response. Absolutely unprofessional!! No communication or organisation. Would not recommend unless you like being let down and cancelled on for no reason. I shall be taking my money elsewhere.
