My experience with Dr Sinha has been fantastic. He performed a mastectomy with periareolar incisions in August 2024. My results are fantastic, my chest is completely flat and the level of care before, during and after the procedure has exceeded all expectations.

I found out about Dr Sinha via Reddit originally and started talking to him via instagram. From the get go he was super responsive and lovely whilst understanding what my needs were. The speed of the entire process blew my mind, I got in touch with him expecting to have an operation in 6 months to a year, luckily for me I was able to get it booked in for 3 weeks after my initial contact which I really didn’t expect. Whilst at the clinic everyone was lovely although I did get a little in my own head because at first glance it felt like I’d walked in to an opticians not somewhere that was about to operate on me, that’s due to me not having any experience in the type of environments elective cosmetic procedures are practiced. The operation was super smooth and was over before I knew it. The healing process was a lot easier than I anticipated and Dr Sinha was always there if I ever needed to get in touch with any concerns or questions. My procedure was 4 1/2 months ago and the results are fantastic, I’m so so so happy with my new boobs, the scaring in minimal and is hidden in the crease of my boobs so well that most of the time you can hardly see it. All in all a great experience and if I do decide to go bigger in the future I’ll definitely come back to Dr Sinha!

I was recommended Mr Sinha by another patient online and after seeing her and few others results decided to contact his office to make an appointment. I was asked to bring a light top and an optional bra that I would like to fill out for a sizing. Mr Sinha was very friendly, informative and honest about what to expect and the risks involved. I have grade 1 tubular breasts and wasn't happy with the shape or size, also my chest is quite broad so I wanted to make sure I got implants that would fill it out. After I got a quote I decided to accept, I could of had optional fat transfer for a very reasonable price but decided on straightforward augmentation. I went for a surgery a couple months later and all went well, my recovery was very smooth and I saw Mr Sinha 1 week later for an in person post op. My scars are well on their way to fading and I'm happy with my results at 6 months, they have softened nicely and I really really hope they last a long long time!
Dear Caytea There are various options to enhance small breast in a petite person. Given that you want a very mild increase in the size, there are multiple options to consider. I am assuming that you are having your implants 'overs' i.e. subglandular. You are most likely to get away with this pocket without implant showing or rippling (hopefully) with a textured implant, will be difficult with a smooth one as it will show rippling. Round implant will give you a very round shape, which is what they do. they will also distribute the volume evenly so your upper pole will get full and lower pole will improve. An option would be to use a shaped implant, preferably in a dual plane (part under and part over). Value of the shaped implant is that it gives you more projection in the lower part for the same volume if you use a round implant. So it will better take up the slack in the lower pole and fill it nicely. With the upper pole under the muscle, you will have a natural 'take off' particularly as the upper part of implant is thin. Dual plane will have a 'gap' in your cleavage, given that you do not have a cleavage beforehand, a round implant wouldn't give you cleave either. the more together the round implants are placed the more at risk they will be to show rippling, because your breast tissue thins out as you go towards the cleavage area. The implant size that you have chosen is very small implant, I hope you have had an opportunity to examine it and have a feel in your hand.
