I decided on a shaped textured implant, reminds me of a teardrop shape. It gives a natural fullness on the top and roundness that you would expect on the bottom. (I did not want two circles planted on my chest)
Post surgery the feel is so natural and soft to the touch, you'd never know there was an implant there to look or feel. My scares are so hidden you can hardly see them. The scares are hidden in the natural breast fold and unless I raise my arms really high above my head, you cannot see them. 4 month post surgery they are nice and light color and very thin and soft scares.
My after result ended up with a D cup which is a great result and still 4 months later is weird to me, but so very happy I have them. They are perfect in every way.
According to Dr. O I came away with a " grand slam" and " home run" so I am not sure how I could beat that.

Dr. O. is great in every way, he takes his time with you every step of the way. During my consult he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He showed me a lot of before and after photos, he sat right next to me. He was very personable. His staff is just as helpful, they are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly (all of them) Day of surgery he explained everything again, because with my nerves, I needed him to tell me just so I could feel confortable one last time, he was happy to do it. After surgery he was right there as I woke up. All of my post surgery appointments were timely (even the one I showed up to a day early) they fit me in. He explained why I was feeling the way I was and what to expect in the coming days or weeks. I made a random call to his office for a concern post surgery, which was answered by a nurse and I was happy with her answer. Within 2 hours, I received a personal call from him stating he heard I had a concern and if he could help me. He shows great concern for his patients. I am very happy with his work and him as a doctor, he is wonderful. I'm looking forward to a tummy tuck one day.
