I can see the cellulite has noticeably lessened. Doctor should have told you that on women of color it leave permanent scarring due to pigmentation. I'm glad you are getting laser for free.
I agree. On darker skin it dies seem to scar. Also laser therapy doesn't always work on darker skin. It appears they either didn't know this or didn't share this info with their patients.

Update

I have been going through laser therapy (offered by office who did procedure for free) to try and get rid of the scars. I am not sure how long this will take but they are willing to do what they can to fix this issue. My glutes looks better in clothes but all of the cellulite is not gone yet.
