I am 5'3 and weigh 135 pounds. I am 22 years old and I have always wanted fuller breasts to better fill out my clothes and my bathing suits. I have a bit of an athletic build and always felt like I should have had bigger breasts than what I had to look proportional. To put this in perspective, I am a size 4 in jeans and a medium in tops (both, pre and post-op). I have always been an active person and working out is very important part of my daily life. Before the surgery I was a 34 A and now, I am a 34 C. I was given silicone implants inserted behind the muscle that are 375 cc. I recovered really well. I was back working out on cardio machines by about 2 and a half weeks post-op and I went back to the interval training exercise class (includes weights) that I normally do at about 4 weeks post-op.

I am extremely happy with the results; it is exactly what I asked for. I told Dr. Rockmore that I wanted a very natural look and that my ideal size would be a 32-34 C. He did a great job choosing an implant size that was going to look proportional with my body. I was very nervous about the size being too big and came back for 2 or 3 consultations with Dr. Rockmore to help reassure that the size was not going to be too big. I thought about choosing an implant size lower than 375 cc, but in the end I decided to trust Dr. Rockmore's suggestion and I am REALLY glad I did. I am now 7 weeks post-op and I could not be happier with the results. My breasts look natural and they are perfectly proportional with my body.
