The surgery was a piece of cake

I am not normally known for writing reviews, however on this occasion I am very pleased to review the impeccable service I have received from Dr Riaz. The consultation for alar base reduction surgery was easy to book, was made at time that suited me (7pm) and was left open so I could return for questions or advice. I was not pressured into booking surgery, but instead given reassurance that I could return when ready to book a date if I wanted. As a medical professional myself, I could tell that Dr Riaz was passionate about his speciality and his caring manner reassured instantly.
The date was booked, and everything was seamless, I think it helps that Dr Riaz appears to undertake his own administration and therefore he answers questions quickly, uses online forms for information which was a simple, no stress approach!
I had my surgery yesterday and I am already very happy with the results. I’m still somewhat a little swollen, so the result can only get better. Dr Riaz has been able to give what another surgeon wasn’t able to achieve, and I am very grateful for this. The surgery was a piece of cake, I remember almost falling asleep at one point. Having this surgery under a local meant I could be apart of the decision-making process for how far the alar base was reduced. It was reassuring that I had a say in the result but was more than happy to take the advice of Dr Riaz who is clearly a skilled artist and surgeon.
My thanks to all the team that supported the surgery at The London Welbeck Hospital; All were highly skilled professionals and could not do enough to keep me comfortable and informed. Thank you Dr Riaz, I looked forward to returning to see you for my post op review.
