$34,000
I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at AirSculpt Manhattan. I paid over $34,000 for what was promised to be full-body AirSculpt Plus and a BBL, which was confirmed in both email and multiple phone calls with their representative, Alexandra Gutierrez. However, I later discovered, during my 3-month post-op follow-up, that AirSculpt+ was only performed on my abdomen, while the rest of my body received the standard treatment I specifically paid to avoid.
No one ever informed me of this change. I only found out when a nurse casually mentioned it at my follow-up. When I asked for clarification and accountability, I was dismissed and told that it was “too early to judge results” and that I’d have to wait until my 6-month appointment. I followed up by email with proof of the service I requested, but received no response for months.
When I finally spoke to a practice manager, she admitted that AirSculpt Plus is sometimes omitted based on a doctor’s judgment but that was never communicated to me, nor was I given any refund or option. I was told I had “signed the paperwork” and essentially had no recourse.
Six months later, it is visibly clear: my abdomen looks tighter, while the rest of my body still shows loose skin, which AirSculpt+ was supposed to address. This feels deceptive and unethical. I have photos, emails, invoices, and financing records to back all of this up.
I regret trusting this clinic and feel they took advantage of me financially. I’ve reached out with a formal refund request and will be pursuing all available options if this is not resolved. I hope my experience can help others ask more questions and demand everything in writing. Has anyone else gone through this? I'm sure i can't be the only one.
