I've spent so much time looking at before / after photos online. Some plastic surgeons remove the skin yes, but might not have the overall outcome you desire. I picked Dr. Agha because of his incredible transformation photos. I am very pleased with the new figure he gave me, he is certainly a very talented surgeon and worth traveling in for. I had several would dehiscences which is quite scary going through but so very common with skin removal surgery. Still glad I did the procedures and working on my scars now with lasers. I am very grateful for Agha and his artistic eye. You don't find plastic surgeons with his talent everyday. I had a lower body lift, thigh reduction & fat transfer to buttocks
