- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service. I’ve contacted the office and received an initial response; however, every attempt after has failed. No one returns my calls, texts, or emails. They offer the ability to schedule a virtual consultation, so I did….all through their website. At the consultation time, the doctor did not accept the call through WhatsApp and responded with a text that he was busy. No further follow up after that and no apology for not taking the consult that was scheduled through their website. If this is the way all potential clients are treated, it’s a wonder they are still in business.
