Dr.Del Vecchio is safe and provides results. I love how my new booty has nice projection now. He is trustworthy and I'm going back to him for a round 2 bbl. I can't wait!!!! I HIGHLY recommend him! He really cares about his patients.

I gave Dr. Del Vecchio $2k as a down payment for a BBL back in 2020. I knew I didn’t want to have surgery during the summer so we scheduled for January 2021. In between the time I made the down payment and January I was diagnosed with lipedema. My doctor advised against having surgery because the results would be affected by the fact I had lipedema. As soon as I found out I delayed the surgery and then was advised to cancel all together until after I had lipedema removal surgery. Once I knew I had to cancel the surgery this I told the doctor and he stopped communicating with me. The surgery coordinator stopped responding to my emails and I couldn’t get her on the phone. They tell you you can cancel the surgery for medical reasons if you have a letter from your doctor but they made it impossible for me to give them the letter before the allotted time because they never got back to me no matter what I did. So I was basically robbed of $2k. Buyer before!

Terrible customer service. I’ve contacted the office and received an initial response; however, every attempt after has failed. No one returns my calls, texts, or emails. They offer the ability to schedule a virtual consultation, so I did….all through their website. At the consultation time, the doctor did not accept the call through WhatsApp and responded with a text that he was busy. No further follow up after that and no apology for not taking the consult that was scheduled through their website. If this is the way all potential clients are treated, it’s a wonder they are still in business.
