Dr. Rumalla made a not so comfortable situation a pleasant, encouraging experience. He listened to my thoughts/desires, told me what was right for my needs, and ensured I understood what each detail would do for me and my appearance. Since losing close to 200lbs, I wasn't sure how I would approach the many needs I was faced with including excessive skin and appearance issues.
