5ft 3, 45kg, 20 years old, breast augmentation story!

it’s been a long time since i’ve posted but my boobs are great! the first 2 months i would say they were quite hard and high but by the 3rd they had both fully dropped and have now softened up a lot! Now at 6 months they’re pretty soft, i would say like if you filled a balloon with water, they’re still not as jiggly as i’d like but i know that will come over time. I’ve gotten measured at victoria secret and they said i was a 30D/ 32C. I even went on holiday with my boobs at 2 months and everything was fine and i had a whole lot more confidence in my bikini. My scars have lightened significantly now with the use of bio oil twice a day everyday and i’ll attach some pictures of my progress! if you’re thinking of getting a boob job i can honestly say it was less painful than i thought and eventhough i got them done at 21 i wish i did it sooner!

So ive just gotten home from surgery! went into the theatre at 2pm and came out around 6pm, but it felt like 5 minutes. Super happy with my results i went for 275cc in the end, the staff, surgeon and anaesthesiologist were so welcoming, nurturing and professional they really made me feel like this was truly a one in a lifetime experience. I went to the cadogan clinic in sloane square south kensington if anyone was looking at them and my surgeon was Dr. Naveen Cavale who specialises in super natural looking breasts. Honestly couldnt have asked for a better team.

Pain wise i do feel super tight and have sore nipples at the moment but that was expected as I was super flat beforehand so my skin needs to stretch that extra amount. I was worried previously about the anaesthesia because I am a regular cannabis smoker but my anaesthesiologist reassured me that he would take extra precaution which really settled my nerves. Luckily i felt no nausea afterwards which is what i was worried about and was able to have a little food and drink afterwards. My throat did feel quite dry after surgery but i expected much worse since i do have a little bit of a smokers cough but it really doesnt bother me at all. The procedure lasted just over an hour but felt like a snap to me haha. I have inserted some before and after pictures my surgeon took of me on the table and will share them now. I was previously so flat im not sure i was even a AA in bra size haha but should be a full C now :). let the healing process commence!

Hey guys! I had my first consultation the other day which was so much fun. My mum couldnt come in with me because of covid though so I was trying to choose my sizing myself, ended up wanting around 300cc (which is what i was expecting anyways) but damn they look a lot bigger on me than i imagined, but still i love it. I actually started tearing up when i tried on the implants haha i just felt so happy with some boobs. Anyways ill insert some pictures of me wearing 295 smooth round motiva implants. In the video i think im wearing 265cc haha just me having some fun with bouncy boobies.

Consultation wise the surgeon i saw was acc great, only thing is hes £7000 which is the most expensive ive seen for a BBA, but i wanted to get his advice since he seems like one of the best surgeons in London. Apparantly he likes to do over the muscle a lot more than under the muscle, his assistant said that 80% of the time he goes over because he doesnt like the look of the implant moving when you flex your chest. I was surprised to hear that he recommended over the muscle for me aswell since im starting off so small, however when he measured by BWD (10.5CM) he said i had 4cm of breast tissue which is enough! Id love to go over the muscle since the surgery is a lot easier and better especially if youre getting a BA at a young age like me and will probably need to replace implants in the future. I also think since i have thicker asian skin over the muscle will be fine since my skin will mask the shape of the implant - is also what he said. Anyways im not sure if i will go to him since he is so expensive and he also doesnt have availability till september, but i will atleast use his advice going forward. I have another consultation on wednesday with a surgeon more in my price range - will keep updating !
