After two kids, I went from a 36D to a 34B. A friend suggested Dr. Nathan for my augmentation and Benelli Lift. This was the best decision I could make for myself. Dr. Nathan was very professional and honest. Surgery and recovery was much easier than expected. Had it on Thursday and was teaching on Monday. I was off my pain medicine completely in 3 days. I was running again in 3.5 weeks. I am 8 weeks out and have completely resumed my workout routine (minus push-ups and planks).
