I decided to go to Dr. Wayne after reading his great reviews on realself. I had always been self conscious about the large bump in my nose and decided that now was the time! Overall, I have been generally pleased with the results. Dr. Wayne seemed quite knowledgable, but his bedside manner was slightly less than I had hoped for. I had gone to another surgeon who spent a lot of time with me. Dr. Wayne, on the other hand, always seemed very rushed with me. The day I got my cast off I was horrified. My nose was huge and I looked very scary. I called Dr. Wayne to seek some more information and to be put at ease. He never bothered to call me back. As I said earlier, I am happy with the results now. He did a good job on my nose, I just wish he had been less rushed and more willing to be there in my time of need.

How long did it take for you to feel comfortable going out in public and was this an external procedure? Looks great
It was an open rhinoplasty! It probably took 3 weeks before I was comfortable going out in public. my bruising was very minimal, but the swelling takes a while to go down.
