Before the kids I had small A cup breasts - but they were always perky! I had 2 beautiful children that I breast fed in my late 30's - and it just deflated my breasts and they never came back! They were flat and hardly even an AA cup. It was horrible. I wanted fuller perky breast and a little bigger than what I had, but I'm a very tiny frame (5 feet tall and 85 pounds) so I didn't want HUGE. I was really concerned with them being too big or looking like fake "stripper boobs". I figured they wouldn't look exactly like what I was picturing - but was hoping they would come close. Dr. Williams is a miracle worker - they turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them!! I'm now a small B cup and they are perfectly perky while still looking very natural! They are absolutely perfect and I just could not be happier!!
