Motivation was reaching my goal of smaller arms and abdomen. My oldest child is 24 and my youngest is 13. No excuses is why with ally hard work and the results I wanted wasn't getting there. After 5 years of seeing my weight drop these areas were holding on. So invested in myself my way. I wanted actions quickly so I took some.

It's been a few days since my last post. I've been able to move around with no problems and still some swelling in my abs and arms also numbness. I was trying to upload pics but it will not allow me to do so. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I see some difference but not much to me. Maybe because I look at myself everyday. I still feel swollen all the time.

Hi I had tumescent liposuction if I spelled it correct. I had 4 1/2 containers full. I am actively working out now. I can't say a see alot of difference but others say they see it.

It has been a week since my last update. I am feeling like my stomach is still swollen and my arms are still numb in some places. I bought 2 more CG to help with swelling. I don't know if it is helping or not. My stomach still looks like it is hanging wihtout the CG on. I am hoping this goes away so my stomach can be flat. I paid entirely to much money to not have the results I want. any suggestions for me? I work out but not like I should due to everyday living. I feel tired all the time and I am eating right. I have just started taking my vitamins again. Should I be on some type of diet plan? The pictures I am sharing are the ones that helped me decide that I finally needed help with Liposuction after several diet plans. I will update my current photos soon as I load them onto my computer.

I think it is normal to feel tired all the time right now- your body is busy healing. Hopefully you get your energy back soon.
