Almost Two Years Post Surgery

Just thought I'd share more photos of life after BA.
There's photos of my scar, I continue to use Strataderm Scar Gel, cheapest is the largest size on ebay.
I'm super happy with my body and I now eat well and try to exercise just to maintain my body, being that I invested in lipo and wouldn't want that to go to waste by eating poorly. Exercise is also great for mental health too!

Breasts before BA during breastfeeding
miss.petiteAugust 10, 2020
I had a request for a photo of my breasts whilst breastfeeding. This was the best photo I could find when I was pumping milk. This was BEFORE surgery, my breastfeeding boobs were large but went back to very flat as you can see in my original photos, the size did not last. At least my skin stretched enough so I knew that I would be able to have larger sized BA.

1.5 years later..

So 1.5 years after surgery, I thought I'd share an update on a few things.
First things first. I love my body now. Because I am so happy with my body, it has allowed me to be who I am without worrying about body image. That confidence has grown in me, I am stronger, empowered and motivated to continue to do better. That being said, we can always aim high, regardless of our bodies, but it has certainly instilled the much needed confidence to make a positive change. I've grown confidence in the bedroom and also know how to take some sexy photos now (one attached as an example). I look back at these old photos and can't believe the amazing journey my body has been on.
Breast Size - I'm super stoked that I went extra high profile and a slightly larger CC. Boob greed is a real thing and don't worry so much about "looking natural". You're paying for boobs, so GET them. If you're oohing and aahing about going larger compared to being more "natural", my advice is to go larger.
Cosmetic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon?
I am super happy with my results, but in hindsight, perhaps I should have gone with a plastic surgeon for the reasons below:
*Nipple Sensation - So I did sadly lose some nipple sensation. A year later after being sexually active, I was quite sad about this. 1.5 years later, I can't tell you if the sensation has come back since I haven't been with anyone since. Dr Shaz said his patients never reported this with him before which I find hard to believe. He said sensation will come back, a year later it hadn't. 1.5 years on, I'm unsure, might have to stay tuned on that one.
*Technique - Dr Shaz is very experienced with under the boob technique. He does that en mass and it's not an issue. There are other techniques through the armpits which means you don't see the scarring. I kind of wish I'd explored that option more with a skilled plastic surgeon. Dr Shaz said that option through the armpit meant that I couldn't pick too large an implant, so that's the downside but could possibly be verified with a plastic surgeon. Plastic surgeons are more skilled in other unique techniques.
*Uneven breasts - I read another review where they were unhappy with their breast size after as their boobs were originally uneven and their BA didn't fix the issue with Dr Shaz. If you have specific problems that you wanted to address with breast augmentation, I'd suggest to go to plastic surgeon so that you know you'll get the best advice. If they both tell you the same thing, then you can reassess.
Other than that, I'm so happy with my results. Since this is a lifelong investment, it is worth paying extra for a plastic surgeon if you can afford it.
If you're fairly "normal" and happy with the stock standard procedure, Dr Shaz definitely does a beautiful job. Nipple sensation might need to be looked into a bit further that's all.
Liposuction - I'm so glad I did this. My body continued to shape itself months following the lipo. Hand in hand with eating healthy and general exercise, my body has slimmed a lot more, the post baby fat from giving birth is gone and I am so happy to get rid of the stubborn fat. No regrets with lipo at all.

Hi Miss Petite! You look amazing!
Thank you SO much for your review - the info you provided was very detailed and useful. I hadn't considered having a consult with this clinic or surgeon before; now they're in my short list. I was budgeting for $10K......I wish I'd seen your review before today, I'd have booked a consult already!
Thanks again
