150cm 50kg Breast Augmentation & Laser Lipo - Australian Cosmetic Clinic

WORTH IT$6,000
Where to start... I've had two consults and have decided to go with ACC with Dr Shaz Musavi for a breast augmentation and laser lipo for 4 areas (upper & lower stomach & flanks). After my first consult elsewhere, I realised that whilst I would love to have nice boobs, my post baby fat bothered me more. Yes, I am small framed but I haven't been happy with the excess fat after having a baby for some time (6 years). Fat freezing worked a treat, but only got me so far.
I've booked in for surgery on 23 January and feeling really scared about it all, mainly about the pain and the risks, especially because of I'm doing laser lipo also.
Still need some thoughts on the size please!
Dr Shaz has ordered 330cc extra high profile and 380cc extra high profile. I'm in two minds about which size to select, afraid it'll be "too big" or "too small"..
From the Polytech chart attached, the two don't appear to have vast differences anyway, but I'm still unsure.. If anyone has thoughts or experience around this, please let me know!
If anyone could share their experience with Dr Shaz also, please message me!

I did it! Such relief that the procedure is over, I was really nervous and scared about the whole thing.
So a few facts and prices before we start:
Breast Augmentation & Lipo with Dr Shaz Musavi from Australian Cosmetic Clinic.
He was my second consult, wasn't a fan of Dr George Mason's mannerisms, I'll add a paragraph at the end about him if you're interested.
PRICES:
Breast Augmentation: $6000 inclusive anaesthetic fee (paid separately)
Laser Liposuction: $1400 per area, but one area was free with their promotion. I did 4 areas (upper and lower abdomen & flanks)
Garment: $220 each. I ordered two, because I knew I would leak from the lipo so good to change and have a spare. This was the body garment that's why it costs more
Insurance: $690, this gives me one year warranty on re-surgery if required for complications. Great peace of mind to have.
So my surgery was a about two hours delayed, I managed to have a nice nap in the room. Dr Shaz had ordered 330cc and 380cc extra high profile and recommended 330cc, but if there was room during procedure, he would use 380cc, which he managed to use on me. He took before and after photos on his camera. I'll upload my before selfies in the mean time.
So it was painful when the needle was injected in my hand to administer the anaesthetic, especially because he put it in an hour before surgery.
When I went into surgery, they administered the anaesthetic and it really hurt on my hand with the pressure but then next minute I woke up and the surgery was over.
I was still very drowsy and groggy, mumbling the same questions as I was very forgetful.
I had a banana and a Nutella sandwich to eat and lots of water. My throat was quite sore so I used Betadine gargle which was amazing, maybe it was sore from fasting and not having any water all day.
I slept upright and peeing for the first time was really good, I was really worried and wasn't sure if my garment had a bottom opening, luckily I checked the spare and it did. Husband had to help me go to the toilet and undo my garment. I could definitely feel the swelling when I went to the toilet.
I'm very sore and can't move much. Very tender and sore in the chest and even laughing or talking loud puts a strain on me.
Lipo was leaking fluids which is normal, changed clothes 3 times over my towels and 4th time I folded and wrapped a towel around me so it was thicker.
I'm hoping for a speedy recovery and that the tightness will get better as I have to be back at work in a week, a day after my post op.
Now onto Dr George Mason: He didn't even have a separate room to "change" and measure. He was pressuring towards polyurethane and apparently no other proper sizes would fit on me "unless you want your nipples to not be centred" etc, but the scare tactic and made me feel stupid, that's why I got a second consult. Also didn't realise Dr George Mason did lipo, it was 5pm when I finished the consult but he wouldn't spare 15 minutes to discuss lipo and wanted me to book more time in.

Hey lovely I forgot to ask... what kind of clothes did you take to put on after surgery? They said button up but I don’t have anything button up

Hey I found tshirt dresses comfortable to wear. Or just loose shorts and loose shirts, anything else can get quite thick over the garments.

Day 2 - The Dreaded Shower
miss.petiteJanuary 25, 2019
Day two was very painful, i could only whisper as I just had no energy. Once I continued the medication with panadeine forte and muscle relaxant (valium), it kicked in and I suddenly had energy and could speak. Though later I felt sleepy again, which is normal since I didn't have a great sleep anyway. I got slight pangs on my boobs when I reach or stretch, so am really avoiding that, which means I still can't get up by myself. Have tried a few times to stand up straight so I wasn't hunching or lying down all day long.
Tried to eat regularly throughout the day, just small sandwiches and fruit to get by.
Before my shower, I really had to brief my husband on what we needed to do. I took more medication half hour before to assist with pain.
Looked at my spare garment and taught him how to put it back on me (second garment highly recommended - not sure how they expect this to be washed and dried to put straight back onto you before the shower finishes to be honest!). Prepped the wound dressing just in case. Got my undies ready. Got him to get the bath sponge with the anti bacterial soap in order to lather me gently. I didn't wash my hair. I got my first full view of what I looked like, where the incisions were. We just peeled off all the soaked gauze where the lipo was and they require bandaids should be fine. Had to refer to instructions to make sure I was doing it all right. I had 4 stitches from lipo, so 4 bandaids and I put gauze just in case still.
Boobs looked okay but in the photo looked bigger than when I peered down. Haven't looked at it much more at this stage.
Forgot to mention earlier, Australian Cosmetic Clinic called a day after surgery to check in and asked if I had any questions, at that stage I had asked about the shower etc. Though that was already in the info provided. They have a 24/7 number which I can call at any time with questions which is good to know.
At this stage, I'm nice and relaxed from the shower finally and just excited for recovery and to go back to work and the hope is that I'll able to function.
