Dr. Musavi is a great doctor. He was able to understand my concerns quite easily and offer great solutions. I had liposuction on my inner thighs 2 weeks ago, and am amazed at the results. I have no bruises, no pain, my wounds have already healed, and the post-op swelling has already started to go down. Not only did he reduce my thigh fat, but my cellulite has also reduced drastically. My experience has truly been life-changing, as this was the one part of my body that always remained resistant to diet and exercise, yet I'm quite happy with the results so far. I can't wait until the 2-month mark, when I see the final results!
I am only 4 days post op but can already tell that my body shape has changed and I can’t wait to see the final results. The pain has been unbearable I think that’s the only thing I wasn’t prepared for. Updated on 19 Aug 2020: Watching my new figure take shape is amazing. My saddlebags and banana roll have been holding me back my entire life, I can’t remember a time they didn’t cause me stress and anxiety but I’m feeling confident. I know it’s still only early days but I’m excited! I have my first lymphatic drainage massage tomorrow too. I really miss working out so I’m eager to get back to that next week even if it’s just light workouts. Updated on 22 Aug 2020: I had a MLD massage 4 days ago and felt that really helped with swelling. The bruising is slowly going down and I managed to go to the gym for a walk today. However as soon after I started walking I got extremely itchy - I think something to do with the nerves and stuff. It got pretty hard to handle so I’ll probably make sure I have antihistamine before I try that again Updated on 29 Aug 2020: Recovery is going very well, most of my bruising is gone. There’s still some swelling but I’ve had 2 MLD massages so far and that seems to be helping. I’ve started working out again which is nice. I feel like my lower abdomen is developing so fibrosis but I’m hoping that will go away as I recover and continue with ultrasound therapies. Updated on 12 Sep 2020: It’s been about 4 and a half weeks now since surgery. I’ve been back at the gym for 2 weeks and feel pretty much normal. Still wearing compression garment 24 hours. I haven’t had MLD for about 2 weeks because I haven’t been able to get booked in but I have a massage tomorrow which I think will help. I definitely feel swollen and feel that my left leg is bigger than my right... I also only got lower abdomen so there’s a weird line that I’m hoping will settle over time. Updated on 26 Sep 2020: Decided to cross reference with some photos I took about a week before surgery. I’m avoiding weighing myself because I think the number will deter me. Generally feeling very good with how it’s going. My belly button looks like a frown face and because I didn’t have my upper abdomen done there’s a bit of unevenness. Whenever I have a MLD the next day I feel I look much better haha so just keeping massages as much as possible
Hey everyone i did liposuction in 10 areas of my body on the 17-4-2019. At first i was nervous about it but when i got to the the day hospital staff were soo kind and polite. Dr Shaz is really CONFIDENT in his work which made me confortable. So first day pain was like period pain which i took pain relievers that help but the next day it was actually great no pain just a slightly uncomfortabledue to the stiches . Still resting taking alot if fluids and i actually didn't leak as much still early to know. Dont want to send phitos sorry. But loving my figure so far.
Had my surgery 4 days ago, so still recovering. I had upper and lower abdo chin and neck area, arms and flanks love handles. I went to see Dr shaz at the Australian cosmetic clinic he is amazing I was nervous but as soon as I seen him I felt instantly at ease beautiful man. I highly recommend him and his staff are beautiful as well very helpful. Atm I'm still in a little pain have found the worse part of trying to sit up or move it fine if you lay still, sleeping as hard when you want to turn over. You definitely need someone to help you at home especially the first 2 days. I will be honest and say I found the pain in my abdo bad but the doctor said he went hard in that area as he kept finding pockets of fat. The nurse said it came out like butter lol so that's good said I was made for it. I did have some good strong pain relief thank god. So everyday feels a little better not a lot of of pain in the other areas which is good. I hate the chin garment. Oh when you take your tummy garment off the first omg intense make sure your sitting down I nearly passed out worse feeling don't no why but I ended up having to lay down. I can see a little change but too much swelling still and bruising. I'm just resting a lot can't do much else I'm hoping to feel better as days go on. I am suppose to go back to work next week but hmm don't no I am a nurse so bit of lifting and on your feet so we see. Updated on 9 Apr 2019: Still sore, feeling a little flat guess that's normal the chin garment is bothering the most and that I have no energy to do much but just potter around then have to rest taking short walks can't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet guess I have to be patient thou Updated on 16 Apr 2019: Starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel 2 weeks today. No pain just sore in the abdo area still swollen thou. I am starting to have more energy now too. Go back to work next week. You really do need a couple of weeks off work especially if you had a lot removed from one area but starting say yes it's been worth the pain Updated on 11 Jun 2019: So it's been 10weeks today I can see the difference I. My abdo for sure but it's the pubic area that looks like it is swollen or has fluid I'm not sure..has anyone else had this problem as my stomach seems to get bigger by the end of the day. Not sure if I'm still healing it's still tender not pain but I can't have anything tight around my waist or any presure on it like leaning against things. Would love to hear back from other for there experience please Updated on 14 Aug 2019: Its been 5 months since i had the lipo on my upper and lower abdo. But now I notice my mons area appears bigger. Thinking of getting it done now. Has anyone else had this problem ? And or have they had that area done and what was the out come? Thanks
WOW. What a way to spend international women’s day! I am so relieved that is over. So far, I cannot fault ACC. Anke - has been a massive support to me in the lead up as I have been extremely anxious and emotional about the pain as I have never had surgery before and just didn’t know what to expect. I sat in the admission room crying until Anke came in. Dr Shaz came in before my procedure, he was so positive and answered all my questions. I also commend the nurses and my anaesthetist they were all so supportive as I was having a slight anxiety attack as they were inserting the IV. At present I can see a slight change in my contour already but am very swollen and am leaking ALOT of fluid. I can feel slight discomfort which I describe as aching. Dr Shaz removed 5.5 litres of fat from my inner and outer thighs, lower and upper abdomen and my side flanks. Updated on 10 Mar 2019: Today I had my post op appointment as I am from Melbourne and want to fly home. If I’m honest today was awful, that first removal of the garment saw me almost faint and become very light headed and dizzy. I sat there vomiting for a while whilst she cleaned and re dressed my incisions. Little to no bruising which I am surprised about! I’ve stopped taking pain medication as well, it’s really just sore and stiff and I can’t believe how good my recovery has been. No photos yet, it’s still way too early to see any results and I am really swollen so if anything I look bigger but that doesn’t phase me as I know I need to be patient and I know swelling will be persistent for quite a number of weeks and I know not to expect any significant results for a couple months! I’ve received a few messages asking about results but please know liposuction isn’t instant! It takes time for skin to shrink back! Again I am so happy it’s my overall experience at ACC! Updated on 14 Mar 2019: So far recovery for me has been a breeze! Sure, I have been a bit stiff, slow and sore but it’s honestly fine. Today is the first day I can actually walk properly without waddling, every day is getting easier. I can also finally sleep on my stomach and side, it’s a bit sore initially when I get into position but once I’m there and settled it’s comfy! I took my garment off for a shower after 4 days po and to wash my garment, I tried to put some Spanx on but they were just too tight they didn’t have zips so it hurt too much putting them on so I was without my garment for a couple of hours and that’s when all the bruising started to show. The bruising looks worse than it feels. I also noticed the right side of my labia was very enlarged and purple, I was a little concerned so I contacted the nurses but they said it’s all fine, it’s just because the inner thigh area is so close and the bruising has travelled down. It doesn’t hurt at all though. I am due to have my stitches out tomorrow, I must say my stomach is super itchy and dry, which is a sign the incisions are healing, so happy days. I’ve included my before photo alongside a photo I took this morning wearing my garment, I still feel it’s way too early to see results given I am still so swollen but I do feel I can see a slight change in my contour already and my stomach is definitely flatter. Updated on 21 Mar 2019: Can’t believe I’m 2 weeks post op today! I was told not to expect to see my results for at least 6 weeks but I have already noticed a significant change in the shape of my body. I’m still pretty swollen, and numb in the areas treated. I’ve had a reaction to the adhesive from one of the band aids on my stomach. So far I’m not noticing any unevenness or any bumps or anything. Incisions are healing really well, I started using dermascar on them yesterday. Skin is still also really dry in areas treated. I go back to work on Sunday after 2 weeks off. I feel back to normal and I have for many days now except when I take my garment off to wash it I feel really weird and heavy. Still tender to touch but overall I’m pleased with my result so far. Updated on 28 Mar 2019: Swelling has gone down now and bruising to inner thighs has subsided! Absolutely loving my new shape. It still feels weird when I hav my compression garment off. Skin is very dry and peeling, I’m assuming this is from the heat from the laser! Still numb to touch in treated areas. Area around my belly button is the mot sensitive and a bit sore to touch. Incisions healing really well! Loving my new shape however still early days and still hoping for more result in the thigh area.
After giving birth to my baby I lost my pregnancy weight and went back to pre-pregnancy weight within 6 months. However since I breastfed my kid for more than a year and so my breasts were deflated and went to 32A size. I am curvy and always wanted to get a natural looking breast in order to bring gain my confidence back. I am very happy for undergoing this procedure and it looks so natural.
Just had the surgery today ! I am at begining of my 20ies. I have always been overwheight since i am born. I am eating healthy in general, but i am addicted to sugar and this is much hard to control. I am active in general, usually training 4 times a week, moderately. My belly always has been my worry, i think about it everyday. I made and plan 1800 weight loss program but always loose motivation by not seing results. NEVER. I NEVER had a smaller belly in my hole life. Now it's time to change it so i can feel good in my body !! Its sore tonight but i can handle it with pain killer. I hope my story could help women in my situation, because i hardly find any informations about my surgeron before the surgery ! I keep you updated.

I'm happy with my result my breast are soft and squishy they are large but I'm proportioned now. They are even and the scar is hidden under them. Updated on 3 Oct 2018: So since my last review I’ve seen Dr Chinsee at Australian Cosmetics. As the pain on my left hand side never left me. I was also unhappy with the shape. After a consultation with Ian Chinsee I decided to remove and replace the 605 cc with the new lighter b-lites in round. I chose also to go with one size smaller. Dr Chinsee said he will remove the capsule to try to fix the issue. I had the operation yesterday and so far all has gone well. Very minimal pain, my left side is really sore in that same spot. II hope that this means he removed the issues causing the pain there Updated on 18 Oct 2018: I had my revision 2 weeks ago. I went with b-lites in round extra high profile 550cc I decided to have them revised after having severe pain in my left side and my breast began to look strange. I’ll post photos. My options was to have pocket examined and corrected or do a full exchange with much lighter implants... I’m glad I went with this option, size wise I wish I’d stayed in the 605cc b-lites but I’m thankful even after just 2 weeks I can’t feel that I hav eimplants and the pain in my left one is gone Updated on 6 Nov 2018: Everything has gone really well I'm 5 weeks post OP today and feeling really happy that i had my surgery redone. The pain from my left breast is gone completely, it is the more sensitive out of the 2 and I need to be careful laying on that side, but the heavy dull ache and stretching stripping feeling I always had is gone x
I’ll start by saying I love my results and I’m super happy with the end result. First of all I didn’t get to speak to the surgeon until he was drawing me up 10min before surgery. They stuffed around about the surgery date 2 weeks before the surgery and fed me lies about covid but the surgery happened anyways. They made me pay more on the day than talked about. I did not feel cared for and as soon as I woke up they got me in an Uber home. They told me I didn’t need massages, thank god i got them anyways because I was on my way to some serious issues I was so swollen and sore. They communication was terrible. Not to mention they didn’t rest for pregnancy or anything at all, found out I was 7 weeks pregnant 3 weeks into recovery. At least my stomach is flat I
I had laser liposuction on 4 areas (flanks, upper and lower abdomen) 4 months ago. Yet to see any real difference. I was told that my skin was not very elastic due to previous weight changes, and that that may be an issue. I had surgery with Dr Shaz Musavi through Inspire Cosmetics in Sydney. The company was really great before hand, very professional and answered all of our questions. But since the surgery, they have been very hard to get ahold of. In addition to this, a friend of mine had the same surgery and was told she was a perfect candidate and would have 90-95% of her far removed and that her skin still had a lot of elasticity. However she has not seen any results and if anything now has an additional roll on her stomach. I had 650ccs of fat removed, while she had 1100cc. When we questioned how little was removed for 4 areas, we were told that they 'practically took everything out" I would love to hear everyone else's stories about this company or this doctor.
Thank you for your question. Although we do prefer no piercing during the procedure but in my experience i have done them with no issues. As far as the increased risk, there are no major studies to indicate an increased risk of complications.
Thank you for your question and image. The Laser Lipo can enhance the jawline with sculpting, the major component rather than just fat extraction. By looking at your image you would require Liposuction predominately in the chin region to reduce the area at the same time sculpting the jawline.
Firstly the Laser does not have any adverse affects on tattoo'd skin. On the contrary the Laser helps with skin retraction so would be beneficial to help sculp the arms.
You do need to be patient waiting for results it can take up to 3-6 months as you are waiting for your skin to retract also. Although the great majority is removed at the time of the procedure there are reminisces of fat tissue which has been Lasered and not suctioned which will over time be absorbed through the body through the lymphatics system. The other point about the volume of fat is that some surgeons infuse alot more tumescent fluid and although the amount of purified fat that is removed remains the same but the actual volume seems alot more. For example : i infused 1 L of fluid and took out 800ml's but someone might infuse 2L and take out 1.6L. Although the 1.6L seems double but in actual fact when you let the fluid settle overtime the volume of purified fat will probably end up being the same.
There has been no evidence to suggest that the Laser causes any issues at all with any prosthesis inserted anywhere within the body. Please ensure you inform your surgeon of the titanium plate but in my experience there has never been an issue with the Laser causing any problems with any metallic foreign bodies.
