I am writing this review because I found this website useful when I was researching which surgeon to use. My surgery was having my 20 year old breast implants changed. I was not having problems with them, but was advised that they should be updated as they don't last forever. This also gave me the opportunity to go a little larger. I have two pictures, one of my original implants (tear drop shaped, 340cc silicone cohesive gel), and the other is my new implants, 1 month post op (round, 500cc, motiva, high prolife). Unfortunately I do not have any pictures pre breast augmentation, but I was very flat chested, with little breast tissue. To put the pictures into context, I am 5'10 and a size 10/12... I CAN'T UPLOAD THE PICTURE OF MY ORIGINAL IMPLANTS, therefore the current picture is my new implants, 500cc. I am very happy with the result, and based on my own experience would definitely recommend Mr Joffily and all the staff at the Belvedere. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
